I decided to launch into a new personal challenge, even though the 30 Videos in 30 Days one is still under way (and going quite well, thanks for asking). The challenge is simply to build enough strength to be able to do 21 pull-ups. Clean pull-ups, mind you. But just watch the video, where you’ll see exactly what I mean.
Seeing the video, the pull-ups aren’t actually quite as well executed as I would like them to be. But I’m happy with the cadence. As you can see, I am not cheating and stay under full tension for the entire range of motion.
As I said in the video, I’ve never been able to do 21 pull-ups, so I have to go beyond my prior limits for this challenge.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
